Since officially moving to LA back in November, I've had the absolute privilege of teaming up with Girls & Corpses Magazine on several occasions...
Most these photos are clickable!!! | Oddly enough I was actually first printed in this magazine as a corpse in an image from my shoot with Erin Koski Photography, but have since appeared as a [corpse-loving] girl in the recent Collegiate Issue. Check it out, you know you wanna! |
Since meeting the creator and 'Deaditor'-in-chief of G&C, Robert "Corpsy" Rhine, he has brought me along on many, many adventures here in LA. This last Saturday another one of those adventures! For those following me on Instagram & Twitter (do eeeeet!!) you'll remember my last-minute, "WHAT TO WEAR??" dilemma before hitting the red carpet at The W Hotel in Hollywood for the 48 Hour Film Project after party!
I have to say that I am quite happy with my end result...
Did JNT really go to the red carpet, 48 Hour Film Project after party at the luxurious W Hotel in Hollywood, CA wearing lingerie and drinking tequila (and pink wine) out of a McDonald's cup...?
Yes. Yes I did. #IPutTheAssInClass

By the way, I tooootally brought that McDonald's cup in with me (security didn't say shiot!! that's right!) but I kept it out of the photos. I didn't want my Drankin'-In-Public Cup to be misconstrued as a shout out to the fast-food nation King that my high sense of morality (albeit not my tummy) so strongly disapproves of.
It's amazing really how much tequila I can drink and my face just doesn't reflect it at all!
Nope! Not at all!!
I was excited too, to see my friend Bob of Bob Delgadillo Photography among the many lenses along the red carpet (because then I know I'm getting good pics!)
Bob's only downside is he likes smiling, kissy-face type photos.
"Don't be so serious, Jin!" He says to me..
But I like my serious model face!
And of course everywhere we go, Corpsy and I make new friends. Fabulous bitches just tend to gravitate towards me.. I can't help it! (And I can't help but love it, too!)
Not too late into the evening my phone and probably my brain died so the pictures kinda stop there.. probably for the better. The best part? This fabulous night out in Hollywood...? This is "work" for me! I met many new and talented faces here in the LA film community. Thank gawd for business cards, or I'm sure I would have forgetten at least all of them by morning.
Oh. also, kind of random but maybe related...?
I had a nice sit-n-chat with Charlie Chaplin too.
Corpsy and I ran into the little tramp on our way to the biggest and best slice of pizza I've ever fucking had. *Shhhhh!* Don't tell my Model Diet! |
